    This pattern has been described in familial TGCT in families with affected fathers and sons [19,20,33]. We observed a significant decrease in age at familial TGCT diagnosis from older to younger generations, though it is possible that the observed difference is an artifact secondary to various statistical biases [34]. Anticipation is difficult to prove.
