Cytogenetics of neuroblastoma: A study using fine needle aspiration cultures
2001, Annales de GenetiqueCitation Excerpt :These authors proposed that the gene responsible for neuroblastoma development is located on the long arm of chromosome 14 〚31〛. A del(14)(q24-qter) was observed in a case of metastatic neuroblastoma, in addition to del (1)(p31), hsr and dmin and duplication of 1q21-q32, 〚26〛. We have observed a dup (1)(q31-qter) and a dup (1)(q21 q32), in two of our cases (Cases 1 and 7).
