Proband diagnosed with PrCa below the age of 50 years Ashkenazi Jewish Heritage with PrCa at any age Proband diagnosed with metastatic PrCa below the age of 60 years Proband diagnosed with PrCa with a family history of cancer where estimated likelihood of identifying a pathogenic variant in the relevant target genes is at least 10% (using the CanRisk tool18) Genetic testing may occasionally be appropriate outside these criteria following discussion at a specialist multidisciplinary team (MDT) meeting with a cancer geneticist present
