| Original sample (53 pedigrees) represents the 630 subjects from the original 53 pedigrees, on which our initial whole genome study was conducted. Extended original sample (53 pedigrees) represents the original sample plus newly recruited 128 subjects, who still belong to the original 53 pedigrees. Extended sample (79 pedigrees) represents the 1816 subjects of 79 pedigrees. It is composed of the 630 subjects of the original sample, 128 subjects who are newly recruited but still belong to the original 53 pedigrees, and 1058 subjects who are newly recruited and make up the 26 new pedigrees. | ||||||
