Fabry's disease: specific inclusions found on electron microscopy of fibroblast cultures

    Abstract

    Electron microscopy of fibroblasts cultured from skin biopsies of two sibs with Fabry's disease has shown characteristic crystalline cytoplasmic inclusions.
