In total there were 2418 subjects in our sample with height data, who are all included here. Among them only 1816 subjects were genotyped and have genotype information. The remaining 602 subjects have not been genotyped. They are included in the table as they were also involved in linkage analysis for height. Their phenotype information, along with that of the genotyped subjects, was used in making polygenic models for adjustment of raw height data with covariates. In addition, for some of the 602 subjects, the genotype information can be inferred from that of their genotyped relatives and hence they were also used as the genotyped subjects in linkage analysis. | ||||
