The criteria for inclusion in ACTANE are two related PC family members (first/second degree) where one case is <65 years at PC diagnosis, or ⩾3 or more PC cases in a cluster at any age.
Cases were verified by patient history and/or medical record/pathology report in the UK, Canada, Texas, and EU, and by cancer registration and medical records in Norway and Australia.
